Problem is that there is no GMT/UTC time zone for the computer.  Most people set
the computer to London England time, but they are also on DST and will change
time at the end of DST.  Better to set the computer time to Monrovia, Africa
time.  It's the same time zone as London GMT/UTC but does not switch to/from DST
as London time does.
