[ct-user] Repeat Function and the DVK

I have just started using the DVK keying feature in CT.  The repeat
function for F1 does not seem to work.  Is this a feature or a bug?  It
would be nice if this worked like the repeat feature does on CW or with the
DVP board.  Anyone have any insight into this?
