Ken has posted a non-beta 9.38 to the http://www.contesting.com/ctvault/ web 
site.  If you plan on using it in ARRL DX, NOW is the time to try it out, not 
Friday afternoon before the contest.  If you try it NOW and find something 
broken, Ken might have a chance of fixing it before the contest.

Here are the release notes:

9.38

* Fixed PTT bug in repeat mode
* Fixed "white noise" problem with DVP files
* Fixed ICOM rig control bugs
* Fixed DVK and Top Ten Devices control bug
* Added RAC
* Added IOTA
* Packet in window now holds six spots instead of five, as it used to. (tnx 
K2QMF)
* Added Section to Sweepstakes and FD summary sheets (tnx AD1C)
* Initialize to 10 and 160 meter bands properly in single band contests
* Fixed the spurious "Cannot resolve prefix" at the startup of some contests 
* The GAB (ALT-I) window closes automatically after a 15 second delay (tnx 
G3SXW)
* Widened check call window in SS to show the serial number (tnx AC0W)
* The W9XT board is now fully supported including recording, and abort of a 
  message in progress.
* AR10 now uses the ARRL country list instead of the CQWW country list (tnx 
NU0Q)
* The empty F5 problem sending CW on the first QSO is fixed (tnx N5IN)
* Polling of radios has been reduced to Yaesu and TS50. The rest should tell 
  CT when they change. Most "radio timeout" problems should go away.
* Yaesu polling has been slowed down to 3 second intervals.
* Auto check call in SS has been fixed (tnx N6TV)
* Automatic movement of cursor to ? in the call field in SS is fixed (tnx 
  N6TV)
* Turned off QSY ten minute rule in all but CQWW and ARRL contests (tnx G4PIQ)
* Fixed the check country display in ARRL 10 Meter Contest (tnx G4PIQ)
* Fixed the parsing Radio and Rotor types in .CFG file (tnx AC0W)
* fixed the "from" field in networked passes (tnc K1GQ)
* fixed the ALT-F time won't set problem
