Hi all...tried it this evening with my 6 computers...on the computers that
have rig control...ie they control Kenwood ts 850's on the 10m and 20 m
stations...
1. the 10m computer is a cyrix 686-200mhz and has been running ct9.27 for
the past 2-3 years nicely....when the program is terminated using alt-x the
program exits and a message appears on the screen stating that ansi.sys
must be installed to perform the requested function...and the computer in
locked up tight...
2. the 20m station is a 486sx33mhz...this has been on ct9.27 for 2-3 years
also...with no problems....this one controls a ts850s also...upon entering
the program it dumps back to dos and series of statements appear...dos/4gw
Professional error (2001) generaal protection fault @ 80:00000f14 nd an
additional 12 lines of error messages...and this one locks up tight as a
trap...
any ideas?
I plan on going back to ct927 for the test ....de Rick
