[ct-user] CT 9.26 & 92.7 NWT mult reporting for Sweepstakes

One item I left out in my last e-mail was the item from Tree noting some 
cases of the NWT multiplier error were caught and probably it was in the 
top handful of scores where a non clean sweep resulted.
