[ct-user] Laptop probl.

Hi gang out there.
got a problem with my laptop, it refuse to start in dos when I go to  Start - 
End - and 
"Start again in DOS MODUS"  (it only switch off)
Have to go the long way via switch of-start- F8- only commandline to run DOS.
Is there anything to do exept  (maybe) reinst. Win95
hope anybody could give me a hint what to do, tnx..
