[ct-user] Cabrillo format broken for SS

Was testing CT 9.45 today and all seems well with the ICOM radio
interface.

The file K6UM.txt produced by WRITELOG appears to be in Cabrillo format
for CQWW, but is broken for Sweepstakes. For Sweepstakes all that is
included is the header information - no QSO data. The K6UM.log file is
in the old ARRL format.
