[ct-user] CT946.001 scoreing error

I have noted that the .SUM points and .ALL totals were not the same for my log.
I found the problem on 20m and scanning the log found that on the .20 and .ALL 
files
that N3IRL/MM in zone 33, showed 3 points next too the call, but there were 3 
points
missing on the page total, which was then carried to the end of the log.
