I think Jim was asking for reports about UA ops that were
reporting a different zone than the one in the latest CTY file.
I found the following which all seem to be consistently reporting
the same zone:
CALL CT ZONE REPORTED ZONE
RV9WB 16 17
RZ9WZ 16 17
UA9WQK 16 17
So, it seems that the CTY file is reporting the wrong zone for
the UA9W oblast. Did anyone see the same thing or possibly
a different inconsistency repeated across many contacts?
