[ct-user] Can't find CTVAULT

When I try to go to www.contesting.com/ctvault, I get an error message
that the URL doesn't exist. Am I doing something wromg? I tried
accessing
it from the registered user link at k1ea.com and can see the reflector
archives at contesting.com ok, but not the software. Any ideas to try?
