[ct-user] CT9.46.002 and FT1000MP

John K3CT suggested a reset of the radio.
I had thought of it before but didnot want to
do it because it requires so many settings to
get the radio back the way I had it.

But I went a head and did a complete reset to 
factory defaults and then rebooted the computer
now everything works like it did before just
perfect.
