[ct-user] ct946.006

Just installed the ct946.006. I can't get the rig to respond. Have a
FT1000D.
It worked ok under 946.002. I don't get the error message (radio timeout)
at the bottom of the screen. I've tried the usual resets, nothing works. I
removed
946.006 and re-installed 946.002 and it functions properly......
