[ct-user] CT and ARRL SS - new Precedences

If you have not updated CT recently and will be operating SS this weekend, 
you will need version 9.42 or later in order to log the new precedences 
(M/S/U).

Go to http://www.k1ea.com then click on the Update CT or Registered Users 
link in order to update the program.
