[ct-user] CT Section files updated 24 November 1999

I have uploaded a section file update for CT onto the K1EA web site:

        http://www.k1ea.com

There are two major changes:

1.  Section abbreviations changed to match the official ARRL Section list 
found at
     http://www.arrl.org/contests/sections.abv.html

2.  Added AK and HI as section multipliers for ARRL 10 meter contest (note that
     NWT is abbreviated NT in this contest, according to the ARRL rules).

This affected the following files:

        sec.dat
        fd.dat
        ar10.dat
        ar160.dat

You can also get the files by E-mail.  Send a message to 
ct-user-REQUEST@contesting.com with this text in the message body:

        GET sec.dat
        GET fd.dat
        GET ar10.dat
        GET ar160.dat
