[ct-user] CW Keying in 9.46

Hi Al,

I posted a few days ago my problems. Check your keying 
interface. I built my own few years ago using optocoupler 
connected between pin 1 and +5V (all pins 2-9 through diodes to a 
cap). It worked fine with many programs and CT up to 9.27. After 
moving to 9.36 I had same problem as yours. Applying the RTFM 
rule, I mentioned, that I missed 'enable keying' on pin 17. Adding a 
transistor in series with LED of OC solved my problem.
