A few folks challenged me that this was not a problem when I originally
reported this against V9.37, but V9.45 still shows this behavior. The
Ctrl-F9 displays are referenced to the start of the contest, not the start
of your operation. If you start 2 hrs late all your rate displays (CTRL
F9) and post contest (.brk) reports are skewed to the start of the contest
and are not referenced to your actual start time.

Be aware if you get a late start in a contest, say you miss the first two
hours, Ctrl-F9 shows your rate analysis starting from the contest start
time and not the actual time you started. So, all the hourly rate displays
are off by that 2 hr amount. V9.37 shows this behavior.
