[ct-user] ARRL 10 Meter Test -- AK, HI

Had the same problem. Run ARRL 10M in a separate DOS directory and then
edit out KL7 and KH6 from the .cty file. Now it lists as a state from
arl10.dat
file.  Don't use the edited .cty file in any other contests or KL7 and
KH6 won't
register as separate countries.  That is why I use a separate directory
for
just this contest.
