[ct-user] ct 9.48 additional

Well I may have written too early...found on one computer a irq
conflict...didnot see it before...re-assigned the dvptsr to irq 5 and that
computer now works with ct948...the last one had to disable em386 file in
the config.sys and it appears to be doing better...see everyone in wpx ssb
