There are two different issues here I believe:

1.  CT internal storage of time changed from local time to GMT between 
versions 9.33 and 9.34.  There is an update to B2R9 on the CT web site ( 
www.k1ea.com ) that deals with this change, and is backwards compatible 
with older versions of CT 9.

2.  R2B9 and B2R9 are currently broken w.r.t. Y2K.  k1EA has not indicated 
when a fix will be forthcoming.
