Tom,

I had same problem today.  Advise from N3OC was to download CT9.49.004 and
use it.  I did and it works fine.

Just go to CT Vault, download and  upgrade to CT9.49.004, run CT, re-create
the logs (WRITEARRL and WRITELOG), and the logs look fine.

I ran the contest with CT9.46.002 and the date was the same as you describe.
