[ct-user] 9.50 mode bug

was just trying to set up 9.50 to play mass qso party by using fqp and changing
the .dat files.  i notice that setting band to 15 or 20m with alt-f1/f2 puts the
ft1000mp in lsb instead of usb. it properly goes to lsb on 40m and usb on 10m
though.
