[ct-user] ct 9.49 and ts850

First time I've tried radio control ( had a 430 b4). When I do a ALT- F1 or
F2 to change bands the first press changes CT but not the radio, second one
changes the radio but displays the frequency from the previous freq.
Sometimes 1 press will work but most of the time I need 2; seems like the
second push gets everything aligned until the next change occurs....any
ideas??
