[ct-user] IC-751A ??

We here at V26B in Antigua have an Icom 751A that will receive frequency
control data from CT, but seems not to update CT when it changes frequency. 
However, when CT starts up, it reads the frequency from the 751A initially.

Does anyone know if there's a trick to getting it to constantly update from
the 751A ??
