Nope, WRITEARRL creates the old format that ARRL wanted [ <callsign>.LOG ].
WRITELOG creates the Cabrillo format file [ <callsign>.TXT ].
WRITELOG in Version 9.69 creates the Cabrillo format file as <callsign>.LOG
