I have a DOS version of CT which works just fine under Windows 95.  I have
just acquired a laptop for use in a contest which has Windows 98.  CT runs
OK with this but the problem is that the display only occupies about one
third of the screen.  Does any one have any ideas as how to make it occupy
the full screen?
