the best way i know of to fix times like that is this:

1. convert log to res format with b2r9
2. edit res file to split log into the correct time part and the bad time
part.
3. convert each half of log back to a bin file with r2b9
4. run ct_time on the bad part to shift the time
5. use merge to combine the two parts back into one

there are other ways if you want to edit the cabrillo file, export to
other tools, etc, but the above method works with just the ct unique
tools.
