I just put revised versions of CtWin 984 and CT984 on
http://www.k1ea.com/ctvault/

This stops Ctrl-C from breaking out of the WinCT version. It also places
you on the correct band if you start a single band contest with NORADIO
configured. ALT F1/F2 are fixed for the NORADIO case also.

I haven't decided what to do if you configure CT for a single band
contest, but the radio is on some other band. For the last ten years or
so I've been putting out an "out of band!" message when you try to log
someone, but I suppose I could send your radio to the correct band...
