[ct-user] Full version of CT

Hello to all, i have seen that is a new version of CT on the NET...
V.9.89.003... but on the net u can see:
CT9 release notes - current release at 9.89.002  ...
What is new in 9.89.003? or 003 is 1st freeware version?  Maybe  WPX bug
with numbers is fixed?
