Hi

Can anyone please explain to me why some of the below listed loggings appear
with the time highlighted in red (supposedly 10 minute rule violation) in
CT? This is an excerpt from a WPX 2003 SSB contest log.

CATEGORY: MULTI-ONE ALL LOW SSB
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0002 CS6RPA 59 1 NS4W 59 6 1
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0003 CS6RPA 59 2 AK4ST 59 2 1
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0004 CS6RPA 59 3 K9ES 59 11 1
QSO: 14186 PH 2003-03-29 0004 CS6RPA 59 4 NY6DX 59 04 1
QSO: 14173 PH 2003-03-29 0005 CS6RPA 59 5 WM4RM 59 7 1
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0006 CS6RPA 59 6 NW4V 59 13 1
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0007 CS6RPA 59 7 AE9B 59 9 1
QSO: 7000 PH 2003-03-29 0008 CS6RPA 59 1 DL6FBL 59 10 0
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0010 CS6RPA 59 8 W4NTI 59 11 0
QSO: 7000 PH 2003-03-29 0010 CS6RPA 59 2 YZ9A 59 014 1
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0013 CS6RPA 59 9 K4MM 59 55 0
QSO: 14000 PH 2003-03-29 0015 CS6RPA 59 10 K8MVZ 59 05 0

QSOs with W4NTI, YZ9A, K4MM and K9MVZ have the time field highlighted in
red. However, this is an excerpt of the beginning of the log and, therefore,
all these contacts are new mults. From the WPX rules, in any given 10 minute
period, one may use a second band for multiplier contacts. Here we were
using only 20 and 40 bands and just working multipliers. I fail to see why
the last 4 contacts are deemed by CT as bad. Can anyone shed some light
please?

Regards,

Toni, CT1ERK
