I'm still trying to come up with the best method of dealing with numbers
greater than 2^32. You should be able to type in a frequency such as 144195,
or 9032 to change bands up to 3456MHz. After that you need to use ALT F2 to
go up. On the way down you, using ALT F1 you will get stuck at 5760 and need
to type in a frequency again to access 3456 and lower.
