[ct-user] Problem with ICOM 706MKIIG and CT 9.90.007

I cannot get this version of CT to communicate properly with this radio.
Band and mode does not register in CT properly. Error message
occasionaly, something to the effect "radio not echoing". Using standard
ICOM interface to computer. Rig works fine with WriteLog. Loading
comtsr1 and rig is on COM 1.
