[ct-user] CT10 bugs in two radio code

I'm finding bugs in the two radio and alternate code this morning. 

1. If you are in TWORADIO mode and hit escape while sending, CT does not drop 
back to the original radio. To get around this, push alt-period twice. I'll try 
to fix this today.

2. If you go into ALTERNATE mode and then back to TWORADIO mode, CT stops 
switching radios. Fix this with two alt-period also. I'll try to fix this.
