[ct-user] Field Day Problem

Two of our stations had problems with CTWIN, latest version.  After we had 
logged a number of contacts, there was an illegal operation error and the 
program closed.  I rebooted the computer and tried again.  Problem reappeared 
on the next contact.  Tried rebooting three times.  We reverted to version 9 on 
both computers.  No problems thereafter.
