[ct-user] Receive E-mail when CT web site is updated!

You can now receive E-mail every time a new feature is added to the CT web 
site (assuming the feature is added to the "What's New" page).  Every time 
the "What's New" page is updated:

	http://www.k1ea.com/whatsnew.htm

You will receive E-mail automatically.  Note that it might take up to a day 
for the web host to detect the change.
