Are you using DOS or CTWIN? Here is what I would do. MAke sure that all your
computers are set to either UTC or local time before starting CT.
Correspondingly, make sure that the variable TZ is set to 0 (zero) for UTC or
the local offset (5) for EST). Then when you start up CT, all machines should
be the same. I would strongly avoid using the SETTIME command if your computer
is not set on UTC, it just doesn't seem to work right. I am in the habit of
quitting CT, changing the time, and then restarting CT to make any time
adjustments. More work, but more predictable results.
