[ct-user] Multiplier Identification Problem in Announce Window

Did any of you single assisted types notice that he Announce Window sometimes 
failed to light up white for needed mults? Every report I have gotten so far is 
from a multop situation. 

I can't seem to get this to fail after the contest, although it failed plenty 
for us during the contest, when I wasn't about to stop operating and turn on 
the debugger.
