[ct-user] Crash on WRITEALL after merging files

Hello, 

I merged two files (CT10.02.003 DOS) and tried to do WRITEALL on the merged
file again and CT crashes immediately. It is so quick that I cannot see
where it stops but none of the files are generated. 

Any hints?
