[ct-user] Yaesu owners -- please test

Version 10.02.005 posted recently seems to have broken support for all 
Yaesu radios, at least under DOS. If you have a Yaesu radio and can try 
the repaired version (006), please get it at http://k1ea.com/download/ 
and let me know how it works. If you can try both the DOS and Windows 
versions, that would be a help.
