The -CFG switch may not be what you want. When a new log is started the 
.cfg fille is used by
default to fill in values for things like the com ports and contest 
type. On subsequent restarts that
data normally comes from the .bin file. If you put -CFG in the startup 
batch file, the .cfg will
overwrite anything the operator has configured from within the program, 
wiping out changes made
from within CT.
