Merge is to be used with the .BIN files!
I think you do something like this:
copy 10.bin merge.bin
merge merge.bin 15.bin
merge merge.bin 20.bin
merge merge.bin 40.bin
merge merge.bin 80.bin
merge merge.bin 160.bin
Then merge.bin has all the data from all the logs.
