I've just downloaded the latest version of CTWin and I'm having trouble getting the program to recognise that my Kenwood TS-950 and TS-850 are connected through COM1 and COM2, respectively. The program acts as if there are no rigs connected. I have set up the ports with the correct speeds (4800 baud each). My other logging software communicates correctly with the rigs, but not this version of CTWin. Is there a step I'm missing?
