[ct-user] Solution for full screen ctwin found

solution proposed by Dave, W9zrx worked:

Set up batch file to: c:\program files\k1ea software\ctwin
with command:   ctwin -VGA
and properties of ctwin set for  "full window" and "50 Lines"
worked!!!!!
This was on 350 mhz PC with w98SECond EDITION, 2 comports, mouse=com1 & 
c17=com2 for icom rdio, lpt port=cw key in, telenet via dsl  all worked 
just fine!!!!!

actual batch file was:    C:\cd C:\Progr~1\K1eaSo~1\CtWin
                                    CtWin -VGA
