[ct-user] How to put K5D into the CTY file

Adding the term "K5D" to the call sign list of the KP5 in the CTY file 
allows CT to identify the new K5D dx-pedition correctly, but it also 
forces every "K5Dxx" USA call, like K5DNU, to also be tagged as KP5 and 
not the USA.   What is the correct way to place K5D into the CTY file?  
Can this be fixed?
