[ct-user] CW Keying from a USB Port

Can someone tell me how to Key CW from a contest program from  with a 
computer that has a only USB ports like a laptop?  Is there a 
commercially available jack all ready wired to do this?  If you "run 
out" of ports and buy an external 4 port extension will it work?
