The COUNTRY.DAT file has been updated to reflect changes from the recent
ARRL DX Contest, as well as to remove the last of the old ex-USSR prefixes.
To get the file:
1. Anonymous FTP to:
ve7tcp.ampr.org/ftp/software/na/nacty.zip
2. Send a mail message to na-user-REQUEST@ve7tcp.ampr.org and request the
files you want, for example:
GET country.dat
GET history.cty
3. Download the file from the NA-BBS (412-528-8877), the file name is
NACTY601.ZIP.
