I too encountered the dreaded "error 09 in module NA1029 at address
089E:0E61" when trying to set up for IARU. I run Win 95, but had used
the Shutdown . . .restart in MS-DOS mode . . . to get to DOS. This has
always worked FB in the past.
Ideas?
