My first attempt at invoking the executable CONFIG.EXE (Version 1.08)
meets with failure, as the program is looking for a RADIO.LST file.
I am still using the earlier version of CONFIG.EXE out of necessity.
Where is this RADIO.LST file located, or how does it get created?
