No, Yes, Yes.  :-)

I always simply copy new versions of NA into my existing \NA directory 
and its subdirectories, so never even noticed.  I keep several old 
versions of the executable as:  NA1031.EXE, NA1040.EXE, etc.  and they 
can be executed by name if need be.
