Antarctica in the country.dat, NA still ID's R1ANF/A as European Russia.
So NA must do more than just strip off the /A..
Yes, I compiled dxcc.cty from the country.dat. :-)
According to AD1C (as told to me by WD4AHZ), R1ANF/A was at a Chinese
base in S. Shetland.
