Close NA.
Use NAU to make an SDF file from the QDF file.
Edit the SDF file to remove the QSO with a text editor.
Use NAU to make a QDF file from the SDF file.
Restart NA.

If it's not a serial number contest, you can do it after the contest.  If
it's serial number contest you could make it a dupe or else quit, fix 
it and
restart.
